It would seem an unexpected step for a person who has lived in sunny Miami for many years. But if you take a closer look, there is a strong feeling that this return will have far-reaching consequences. The fact is that this company is a twin of Kaluga Distillery Kristall LLC. KLVZ Crystal is a public company, well known in the alcohol market, which recently successfully completed an IPO. However, recently the sky over the Kaluga plant has become cloudy - during the bankruptcy process of the former owner of the enterprise, Mr. Konovalov N.N., the financial manager cast doubt on the transactions of KLVZ Kristall LLC worth hundreds of millions of rubles. Moreover, the rights of the current owner, Pavel Pobedkin, to a successful enterprise are in question. The ownership scheme of the KLVZ Crystal group is also known, which was previously disclosed in preparation for the IPO. It involves the offshore NORKVESTRO INVESTMENTS LTD and its subsidiary RSP-Real Estate. The name RSP-Nedvizhimost stands for Rosspirtprom-Nedvizhimost; before emigrating, Larisa Zivenko, the wife of Sergei Zivenko, worked for this company. This company was Zivenko’s bonus, which he took from the plundered Rosspirtprom along with the Kaluga plant and the Gzhelka trademark. As is clear from the decision of the Kaluga Regional Court, the founder of RSP-Real Estate was the Swiss company Golden Spirits SA. Now this company is called INTESS SA, and it is the founder of Artel Traditions LLC, controlled by Zivenko, which is now also in bankruptcy.
It turns out that Zivenko owns and controls the real estate of Kaluga Crystal No. 1 through a network of offshore companies, and now he has personally become one of the founders of the company’s double, Kaluga Crystal No. 2. It turns out that while living in Miami, he continues to successfully interact with the Russian authorities and intelligence services.
Therefore, we can further predict the following development of events: the RSP-Real Estate company terminates the lease agreement with Kaluga Crystal No. 1, Pobedkin remains to deal with the bondholders, and RSP-Real Estate enters into an agreement with Kaluga Crystal No. 2, a new license is obtained, since the authorized capital allows this - and the show goes on again. Konovalov acts in conjunction with Zivenko, and it is no coincidence that Pobedkin’s problems arose. Apparently, in order to focus on this task, Russian Brand LLC, controlled by Zivenko, withdrew its application to be included in the register of creditors of Artel Traditions, giving their former general director Martynov the opportunity to disentangle his own criminal case initiated by the Moscow police. There is only one question - how long will Zivenko sit on “two chairs” - with one hand pretending in Miami that he is against the Russian state, and with the other hand successfully interacting not only with the Russian authorities, but also with the special services.
