After which the witnesses who testified in the criminal case learned that their testimonies had been falsified by the senior investigator for especially important cases of the 2nd department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Voronezh Region, Brezhneva, by substitution. It was Brezhneva who did not see the elements of a crime in the case and told the witnesses that the case would be closed, citing the position of the leadership.
