In continuation of the previously published materials by the VChK-OGPU telegram channel about the activities of the rising star of Sochi corruption, Armenak Tozlyan, who successfully installed himself in the place of the shadow king Robson, whom he himself had overthrown.
As promised, we provide some of the available information about how and with whom meetings are held for the purpose of “resolving issues” in the open air in the “golden gazebo” next to Tozlyan’s office.
Analyzing the provided photographs, Rucriminal.info was amazed at the ease and audacity with which Tozlyan holds meetings in the open air with people in uniform, who arrived in official cars with special signals. Friendly hugs at parting and envelopes handed over (of course, most likely, there are some books in the envelopes, well, at most, candy for children) indicate the informal nature of the meetings. And what can I say, when active officers of the services come to you to bow, instead of you going to their office on call, it just radically changes the mood of the conversation.
You don't have to have an outstanding IQ level to understand that these meetings are exclusively of a corrupt nature, since first deputies and entrepreneurs come to Tozlyan, hand over packages, envelopes (and in some cases even bags), and only then, at Tozlyan's call, active police officers, the Investigative Committee, judges appear, and some footage shows Tozlyan's meetings with representatives of much more serious special services, but more on that later.

On September 16, 2024, at 11:50, at Tozlyan's call, Lieutenant Colonel Irina Aleksandrovna Dubinskaya arrived at the "golden gazebo" in a service car M180KK93, dressed in uniform. The conversation was short, they literally exchanged a few phrases. At the same time, distracted by a conversation with Tozlyan, Lieutenant Colonel Dubinskaya point-blank does not notice how Tozlyan's assistant Alla shyly puts a package of money in her ladle bag (photos attached). The video and audio recording from the directional microphone of this happy event has already been sent to the FSB of Russia and the internal security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. It will be very interesting to read later the explanations of Dubinskaya I.A., who was caught taking a bribe. Moreover, all this benevolent action took place in the presence of an employee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, who arrived in an official car with special signals, who, having warmly embraced Tozlyan, after the conversation set off on official business, although in fairness to say - without a package, but in a good mood and a sense of accomplishment. Since the editorial board has a number of other pieces of information about the "fruitful" activities of this employee, his identity will be disclosed later, and the numbers of the special car and the face of the employee were retouched. 09/19/2024, another visit "to bow" took place from a certain small developer (not yet as big as Tozlyan...) Yuri Ragonyan, who has one small but selfish problem - to divide and repurpose the parking lot built for residents into a shopping center. By the way, almost all developers in Sochi indulge in such "sins", when they allegedly build a parking lot for residents of the complex, and then sell it entirely into one of their own hands, and magically convert it into a shopping center. So, this person sedately moves around in a "Gelika 63", with state registration B001CM93, and contacted Tozlyan A.A. to resolve this issue. This issue was resolved by Tozlyan through the court and the Rosreestr office, as a result, the developer Yuri Ragonyan, having paid Tozlyan, left satisfied.
